Today I said yes the opportunity to participate in a Pilgrimage to Rome!! It still feels like a dream. A trip to Vatican City and being part of Mass celebrated by the Pope has always been on the top of my bucket list so it is so unbelievable that it is going to happen this September.
I wanted to start this blog to document my thoughts, fears, and happenings along the way to this wonderful journey.
It is still surreal to me, and I am so excited! I cannot wait to visit the places I teach my students about. We were on pins and needles this spring as we watched and waited for the new Pope to be elected, so it will be amazing to share my experiences of being where that all took place.
